Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired

Yesterday.....I was exhausted. It took everything I had in me to head to the shelter to volunteer.  Today at work I lost another pair of jeans to "thigh rub" (should be self-explanatory).That was also the final straw. The proverbial camel's back has been broken. I am so tired of being tired and lethargic. Sure I work hard physically just about everyday but that's no excuse for not getting into shape! March Madness: April Edition

Image
Everyone came to Atlanta last weekend for the NCAA Final Four Game. Largest crowd since the Olympics. With concerts, parties and games associated boy was it a mad house. Seems to me that April is just as crazy as March!  We are only two weeks in and thus far I have participated in the Color Run,  the 3.2 for 32 VT Memorial Run, started busy season at work and went downtown for the NCAA festivities. Up next on the docket? Changing out all the fall/winter vegetables for summer ones, chef demos every weekend,  teaching 4 classes this season (with one at Home Depot), doing my Disney certification oh and of course the year of concerts must continue. My life is making me tired. I must say I am enjoying every busy moment.  Enjoy these photos until next post......laters!!!! Tulips in my garden   Smurfette!!!! Color Run Volunteers
